Memphis Regional Pedestrian and Bicycle Greenprint Plan
The Memphis Regional Pedestrian and Bicycle Greenprint Plan establishes a vision for building and expanding the Mid-South's multi-modal transportation network and builds upon previous endeavors including the Mid-South Regional Greenprint and Sustainability Plan and the 
Walk & Roll: Memphis Region Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan, the Memphis MPO's previous pedestrian and bicycle plan adopted in 2020. The Memphis Regional Pedestrian and Bicycle Greenprint Plan establishes a clear vision for building and expanding the multimodal transportation network covering a tri-state region including Shelby County and a portion of Fayette County in Tennessee; DeSoto County and a portion of Marshall County in Mississippi; and Crittenden County in Arkansas, with a specific focus on creating a connected system of accessible and low-stress bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure.
The Memphis Regional Pedestrian and Bicycle Greenprint Plan was adopted by the Memphis MPO's Transportation Policy Board (TPB) Meeting on February 27, 2025.

Technical Workshop
Following the plan adoption, a technical workshop was held in March, to discuss implementation best practices and next steps. The three main topics that were discussed included tactical urbanism and interim design, best (and worst) practices for multi-modal design, and strategic planning for grants.
