In compliance with federal regulations 23 CFR 450, the Memphis Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is required to notify the public of all meetings and hearings of the MPO's Transportation Policy Board (TPB). Notices are published at least ten (10) days prior to the TPB meeting.
The public can review the documents by appointment only from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday in the offices of the Memphis and Shelby County Department of Regional Services located at 125 North Main Street, Suite 450 Memphis, TN 38103 or DOWNLOAD THE AGENDAS HERE. The English and Spanish language copies are also available for public review in the library systems of Shelby, Fayette, Marshall and DeSoto counties.
Comments may be submitted to Ms. Pragati Srivastava, Administrator, Department of Regional Services, 125 North Main Street, Suite 450 Memphis, TN 38103 or via email at Pragati.Srivastava@memphistn.gov . Additionally, oral comments can also be made at the TPB meeting on the proposed items.
